Many beginners feel that they are on the outside looking in; this is natural. There is nothing wrong with feeling like a beginner. This is something that every poker player, no matter how good they currently are, had to deal with. Even the best poker players in the world started as a beginner on the outside looking in at the big boys. Once you get a better feel for the game your introductory period will be over, and you can in turn begin to claw your way up the ranks.

When first getting involved with poker you want to take your time. Some players who dive right in have instant success, but the majority get frustrated and find they are not enjoying themselves.
