First things first, if you need help you should get help. There are a lot of ways to learn more about poker, and if you look into all of them you should be just fine. Don’t be a player who thinks that he knows everything. Even if you have had some success you can always learn more.
Finding help can be easier than you think. For instance, you can ask a more successful poker player to mentor you. This type of first hand tutelage can go a long way in turning you into a better player. If this does not work for you, go out on your own to learn more about the game. You can find plenty of poker information online and in books.
There is nothing wrong with admitting that you need help. In fact, if you know that help will make you a better player you should not think twice about finding the proper assistance. When you become comfortable with the learning process and what it takes to better your knowledge you will turn into a more successful poker player.
